The Aburi Hotate Don (24++) is our delectable Japanese seafood creation—a bowl featuring a set of steamed and lightly-seared Hokkaido scallops served over a bed of rice. Garnished with mentai mayonaise, tobiko(flying fish roe) and spring onion, the scallops are served next to a bed of Tamagoyaki and cucumber chunks. Comes with dashi soup and a drink of your choice.
